Due to the lack of biblical understanding of God's creation of man and woman, Wayne Grudem formed the Council of Biblical Manhood and Womanhood with help from John Piper, Wayne House, Dorothy Patterson, James Borland, Susan Foh, and Ken Sarles.

Notable members include David Platt, the president of IMB, Ligon Duncan, and others.  Instead of sinful worldview, this council provides truth based understanding of God's most treasured creation, man and woman.
