드디어 마지막 날입니다! 

사실 어제 밤에 샌프란공항에 도착했는데 브라질에서의 은혜가 흐르고 흘러 이제야 컴퓨터 앞에 다시 앉았습니다. 

Finally, it’s the last day!

Actually, I arrived at San Francisco Airport last night,
but the grace that overflowed in Brazil has been flowing and flowing—
and only now have I finally sat down in front of my computer again.

리오 공항에서 오전 10시반 비행기로 파나마 시티로 가게됩니다. 

조금 넉넉하게 도착하기 위해 교회에서 새벽 5시에 출발하기로 했어요! 

At 10:30 a.m., our flight from Rio Airport would depart for Panama City.
To arrive with enough time, we decided to leave the church at 5 a.m.!

아침에 일찍 일어나 청소와 짐을 다 옮기고 이제 정들었던 ADEQ교회를 떠나게 되었습니다. 

다들 뭔가 집을 떠나는 듯한 아쉬운 마음 한가득 갖고 버스에 올라탔어요. 

We woke up early, cleaned up, packed all our belongings,
and finally said goodbye to ADEQ Church—the place that had become our home.

Everyone boarded the bus with heavy hearts, feeling as though we were leaving our own house.

저희를 밤낮으로 지켜주시던 형제님! 자매님들 숙소가는 길에 안전히 잘 도착하는 그 순간까지 거리를 계속 지켜주셨어요.

정말 너무너무 감사해요!!

The brother who had watched over us day and night!
He kept guard all the way until we safely arrived at the sisters’ lodging. We are so, so grateful!

이제 샌프란으로 돌아가기 전, 김혜란 선교사님과 데보라 선교사님과 작별인사를 나누었어요. 

저희가 브라질 있을동안 계속 섬겨주시느라 너무 피곤하시고 힘드셨을텐데, 저희를 위해 계속 기도해주시고 신경써주셔서 너무너무 감사합니다. 

선교사님들께서 부어주신 사랑 이웃들에게 꼭 흘려보낼게요! 

Before heading back to San Francisco,
we said our goodbyes to Missionary Hyeran Kim and Missionary Deborah.

They must have been so exhausted, serving us tirelessly throughout our time in Brazil— yet they continually prayed for us and cared for us with so much love.
Thank you deeply. The love you poured into us—we will make sure to pour it out to others around us!

기도하다보니, 옆에 공항에서 일하시던 분께서 같이 오셔서 선교사님을 위해 기도해주셨습니다. 

그 분 손목에도 복음팔찌가 있더라구요. 저희 팀원 중에서 공항에서 기다리고 계신 동안에 복음을 전하셨던 것 같아요.

As we prayed together, one of the airport staff members came over and joined in prayer for the missionaries.
We noticed that he was wearing a gospel bracelet on his wrist— apparently one of our team members had shared the gospel with him while waiting at the airport.

헤어지려니 너무 아쉬워요!ㅠㅠ

데보라선교사님께서는 이번 연말에 파라과이로 이민을 가신다고 합니다. 새로운 지역에서의 삶을 위해서 계속 기도할게요!

It was so hard to say goodbye! ㅠㅠ
Missionary Deborah shared that she will be moving to Paraguay later this year. We’ll continue praying for her new life and ministry in that land!

귀여운 미어캣 3마리 같은 김재영 목사님, 동준형제님, 이황자매님ㅎㅎ 

파나마시티에서 2시간 레이오버중에 말씀 묵상 나눔과 점심을 먹으며 교제를 나누었어요. 

Pastor Jaeyoung Kim, Brother Dongjun, and Sister Leehwang— like three adorable meerkats!

During our two-hour layover in Panama City, we shared lunch and reflected on the Word together in fellowship.

또 다시 7시간 비행기를 타고 드디어 샌프란 공항에 도착! 

서로를 위로하며 우리의 함께했던 시간을 추억하며 또 앞으로 하나님이 우리를 통해 행하실 일들을 기대하며 

박수를 치며 마무리했습니다.

Then, after another seven-hour flight, we finally arrived at San Francisco Airport!

As we comforted one another, we reminisced about the times we had shared and looked forward with joy and expectation to all that God will continue to do through us.

With applause and laughter, we brought our journey to a close.

이렇게 2025 브라질 선교일지를 마칩니다! 

And with that, we conclude the 2025 Brazil Mission Journal!

특히 다시 집으로 돌아왔는데도, 영혼은 아직 브라질에 있는 것 같아서 더더욱 보고프네요.

Even though my body is back home, my heart still feels like it’s in Brazil, and that makes me miss you all the more.
