Day 5, once again started with:

• 6:30am wake up and QT
• 7:30am morning worship
• 8:15am breakfast
• 9:00am head out for ministry, VBS & Construction teams.

 

Construction team completed the room extensions today, and held the dedication service at 11am.

Due to ongoing VBS at church, the dedication service was held with only the construction team for the day :(

We arrived as the VBS team was eating lunch prepared by church...hot dogs for the local church kids and more fish tacos for the VBS team ;)

We held a closing service.  Few of the youths shared their experiences, and had a vase of flower was given for our thanks for hosting us.  Additionally the youth gathered around the church members and prayed for them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The girls from the church cried which in turn made many of the youth tear up.  This church has never had a VBS, and it meant a lot for them and our church youth.

 

 

On the minor side, our church van had a flat.  Fortunately, we were able to get it taken care of quickly with the help from folks from Yugo.
